Graft

Isn't that awesome?

No, not the crime.  LOL  Several weeks ago, the Ponder had taken an apple grafting class put on by the Missouri Extension Office.  We've waited and waited to see if they would fuse and grow.  We had bud break above the graft a few weeks ago, and he removed the protective coverings at the end of April.  How awesome!  They "took".  I am soooo proud of my budding orchardist! (Pun perhaps intended).
